Junk removal is priced by volume, so the honest answer is that it depends on how much room your load takes in the trailer. What we can promise is the process: we look at the job, give you one flat number that already includes labor, loading, sweep-up and disposal fees, and you approve it before anything is lifted.

For a single item or one room, a couple of photos and a description are usually enough for a solid range over the phone. For a full house, garage or construction cleanout we would rather look at it in person, because guessing high or low does neither of us any favors. Either way the price is confirmed on site before we start.

No moving. Point at what goes and we do all the lifting, carrying and stair work. Someone eighteen or older does need to be there to approve the price and confirm what stays, but you are welcome to leave us to it after that.

Yes. We are a licensed Florida LLC and we carry insurance. Ask before you book and we will send our details over.

Paint, fuel, solvents, pesticides, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste are all regulated and cannot go on our truck.

Usable furniture, appliances and household goods are offered to a local charity or recycler first, metal goes to a scrap yard, and mattresses go to a recycler when one has capacity.

After the job is done and you have looked at the space, not before. We take card and cash, and you get a receipt by email.
